Lisa Remnelid has been actively working within the retail sector for over 25 years on an international level. Commencing her career in Australia for large and prestigious retail companies in positions covering such areas as Sales Management, Business Leadership, Operations and Marketing Lisa was instrumental in developing and implementing disciplined customer service standards to retailers in order to lift their service levels and give customers an experience ‘over and above’ their expectations in order to create store traffic and customer loyalty.
In 2001, Lisa moved to Sweden and commenced her European career with Copenhagen Airport A/L in their international division focusing on commercial strategies and retail development for joint owned Airports based in Mexico, China and Newcastle, such as Cancun International Airport, Merida Airport and Newcastle International Airport.
In 2007 Lisa joined Inter IKEA Centre Group (Shopping Centre Developers and a Subsidiary of IKEA) as a Concept Manager specialising in the Food and Beverage and Customer Care categories, whereby her responsibilities covered the entire international portfolio across Europe and China.
Today Lisa works with clients across the globe with concept development projects, Mystery Shopping Evaluations and implementation, public speaking at seminars across Sweden, developing and or fine tuning service strategies in the on/off retail environment and providing education to students with a retail background and professionals in the retail/service industries.
